The following Terms of Service (TOS or Agreement) apply to all services provided by Aman’s Computer Services (ACS) to you. By purchasing services from us you agree to these terms of service.
A “System reinstallation” only includes the following. 1. Complete erasure of hard disk drive, 2. Reinstallation of your Windows operating system using the license key attached to your PC, 3. Installation of system hardware drivers. 4. Installation of system updates. 5. Installation of a free antivirus & updates. Any additional software or hardware installation such as scanners, printers or broadband or training is not included in the reinstallation cost but if this is required, a call-out or remote support session can be arranged for an additional charge.
We reserve the right to refuse to install software if we suspect that it is not legal or correctly licensed. We will be unable to install licensed software without a valid licence key.
Aman’s Computer Services does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair; we therefore recommend that any data is adequately backed up by you prior to us commencing work on your equipment. Aman’s Computer Services can backup your data for you prior to commencing work but we cannot be held responsible for the integrity of your data.
All computer parts are provided with a 1 year labour and parts guarantee and all hardware related repairs are provided with a 3 month labour-only guarantee unless otherwise stated. Which means if the same fault re-occurs within this period and you return your PC to us, we will happily reinvestigate the problem. Please note cosmetic faults, such as replacement bezels or other plastic/metal(s) are only covered for 30 days and is only valid if it is found the material or replacement part was a manufacturer related defect.
We accept payment by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer. For Computer Repairs, payment is required as soon as the job is completed and your equipment returned to you.
Aman’s Computer Services shall maintain control and ownership of the IP address that is assigned to the Customer as part of the Services and reserves the right in its sole discretion to change or remove any and all IP addresses.
Aman’s Computer Services shall use its reasonable endeavours to make the server and the Services available to the Customer 100% of the time but because the Services are provided by means of computer and telecommunications systems, Aman’s Computer Services makes no warranties or representations that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free and we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Service or downtime of the servers.
Aman’s Computer Services provide Email Hosting Services using Office365, Zoho and Google. Although these services provide in-built Spam filtering services, Junk/Spam emails may still bypass them and genuine emails may be picked up by the Junk/Spam filter. It is the Customer/User’s responsibility to ensure they check their Junk/Spam email folders to ensure they can pick up any email that may have been flagged by the Spam filter.
We accept payment by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer. A 50% development deposit payment and the Hosting/Domain(s) fee are required as soon as the job is confirmed. Once work has been completed, the final 50% development payment is to be made. A website is completed when the agreed work has been carried out, we will not class the job as incomplete if we are waiting for content from the client.
Domain costs vary depending on the extension you choose, most common domains such as .co.uk and .com are £12 per annum unless otherwise stated. Others such as .co and .eu can vary, please contact us for an up to date cost of your domain.
Domains are free to be released to another party, however any outstanding costs that are due will need to be cleared. If the domain is within 30 days of renewal, a domain renewal is required with ACS prior to transfer.
Domains are to be renewed each year. Aman’s Computer Services will contact you before your domain expires to prevent loss of service. If Domains aren’t renewed, they will be terminated and set to cancel automatically. Our new Subscription service will automatically send an invoice with reminders on the 14th and 28th day before automatic cancellation.
Domains can be cancelled at anytime, there is no charge for this.
Hosting allows your website and email service to continue functioning on systems that run 24/7. Hosting is available in four flavours; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Hosting starts at £60 per annum unless otherwise stated. Packages vary for standard informational websites and ecommerce websites.
Hosting accounts are to be renewed each year. Aman’s Computer Services will contact you before your Hosting account expires to prevent loss of service. If Hosting accounts aren’t renewed, they will be terminated and set to cancel automatically. Our new Subscription service will automatically send an invoice with reminders on the 14th and 28th day before automatic cancellation.
Hosting accounts can be cancelled at anytime, there is no charge for this.
Payment Terms for all Services
Our payment terms for Computer Services is due on receipt.
Our payment terms for Website Services are the 50% Deposit Fee and Hosting/Domain fees as soon as a Website Project begins and the 50% completion fee to be paid as soon as the Website Project has been completed.
For subscription based Services, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note your service will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this period. An automated invoice is sent on the renewal day and 2 reminder emails are sent on the 14th and 28th overdue day to give you enough notice. We hold no responsibility for loss of business due to your services being cancelled.
Clients of Aman’s Computer Services with an active subscription of Antivirus, Cloud Backups, Cloud Servers, Website Hosting and Domains will have access to a dedicated Client Portal to manage their active subscriptions and renew or cancel their services.

B Acceptable Use of the Site
2 The Site is primarily to be used for for the following:
To be used for information of what services are provided by Aman’s Computer Services Ltd.
To be used as a method of contact by filling out the enquiry form on the Contact Us Page.
To be able to request Remote Support by means of entering a Session ID on the Remote Support Page.
3 Use of the Site in any other way, including in contravention of any restriction on use set out in this Policy, is not permitted. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you may not use the Site.
4 As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree:
(i) not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under any applicable law or prohibited by this Policy or our website terms and conditions of use;
(ii) not access the Site in any manner that is prohibited by this Policy or our website terms and conditions of use;
(iii) not to use the Site to commit any act of fraud;(i) not to use the Site to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;

C Interactive services
1 We may make bulletin boards, chat rooms, comments board, reviews or other communication services which invite Submissions (‘Interactive Services’) available on the Site.
2 We are not obliged to monitor or moderate Submissions to Interactive Services.
3 We may remove or edit any Submissions to any of Interactive Services whether they are moderated or not.
4 Any Submission you make must comply with our Submission standards set out below.
D Submission standards
1 Any Submission or communication to users of our Site must conform to standards of accuracy, decency and lawfulness, which shall be applied in our discretion, acting reasonably. In particular, you warrant that any Submission or communication is:
2 your own original work and lawfully submitted;
3 factually accurate or your own genuinely held belief;
4 provided with the necessary consent of any third party;
5 not defamatory or likely to give rise to an allegation of defamation;
6 not offensive, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or deceptive; and

E Linking and framing
1 You may create a link to our Site from another website without our prior written consent provided no such link:

(ii) implies that we endorse your products or services or any of the products or services of, or available through, the website on which you place a link to our Site;
(iii) displays any of the trade marks or logos used on our Site without our permission or that of the owner of such trade marks or logos; or
(iv) is placed on a website that itself does not meet the acceptable use requirements of this Policy.
2 We reserve the right to require you to immediately remove any link to the Site at any time, and you shall immediately comply with any request by us to remove any such link.
We shall apply the terms of this Policy in our absolute discretion. In the event of your breach of this Policy we may terminate or suspend your use of the Site, remove or edit Submissions, disclose Submissions to law enforcement authorities or take any action we consider necessary to remedy the breach.

2 If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
3 If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will:
(a) let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and

4 If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
